SOOS Annual Report Templates

Reporting is essential to ensure accountability, track progress, and maintain alignment with SOOS's overarching goals. It provides transparency about group activities, highlights achievements, and identifies challenges that may require organisational support.

Most importantly, SOOS is strongly relying on accurate and reliable reporting to show the organisation's value to the funders and to ensure efforts remain impactful and strategically aligned. Please help us to achieve this - we rely on you! Thank you!

To make reporting as smoothly as possible, we have pre-filled the information required with the information already available in our Airtable database. Please ensure you read through the whole template and make any necessary corrections and additions. It is required that you check all the information carefully and report back to us (even if you don't have anything to add).

Reporting period for 2025 is strictly ending 11 February 2026.

Entries via the reporting hub will be automatically entered into your report template. The template can be accessed via your group's leadership portal at the end of the year (click above).
